These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QR Poker (“the Service”), operated by Bit2 Pty Ltd (ABN pending), a company registered in Australia. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
QR Poker is a free, browser-based tool for playing casual Texas Hold’em poker in person using QR codes. The Service uses virtual chips only and does not support, facilitate, or encourage real-money gambling of any kind.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. No real-money gambling
The Service is designed exclusively for social, casual gameplay. Virtual chips have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. You agree not to use the Service in connection with any real-money wagering.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the Service (except the built-in bot feature).
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
5. Intellectual property
All content, code, design, and trademarks associated with the Service are owned by Bit2 Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bit2 Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
